Dress Try-Ons

Dress try-ons are by appointment.

If possible, please send a screenshot of up to five dresses you would like to try on, so we can have them ready for your arrival.

A try-on appointment is free for up to 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, a $50 fee applies. This fee is redeemable against your dress hire or can be used as store credit.

Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received, and payment is non-refundable. If the dress is not used due to unforeseen circumstances, store credit for a future rental or purchase is available.

Pickup & Returns

Pickup is available at any time during the week of your event by arrangement.

The dress must be returned within three days of the event. A late fee of $10 per day applies beyond this period unless an alternative arrangement has been made in advance.

Return postage or delivery is at the renter’s expense.

A bond may be required if the dress is new, of significant value, or if you are a first-time renter.

If the dress is returned damaged beyond normal wear and tear, the renter is liable for the replacement cost of the dress, less the rental fee.

Dresses must be returned without washing.
